Erythritol

Xylitol

Allulose
A natural, low-calorie sweetener found in small amounts in foods like figs, raisins, and maple syrup. It tastes and bakes like real sugar — but your body doesn’t metabolize it the same way, so it has almost no calories and doesn’t raise blood sugar or insulin levels.
